Resumen


Este trabajo ofrece un resumen de la doctrina religiosa de taqiyya o disimulación en el islam sunní, recurriendo a comentarios del Qur’ān, compendios de ḥadīṯ, obras de ley islámica y tratados de principios éticos. En las fuentes andaluces antes de la conquista cristiana aparecen discusiones acerca del concepto de taqiyya y del de coerción (ikrāh), ambos exenciones legales, y algunas de ellas continuaron estando a disposición de los moriscos y de los juristas norteafricanos que les aconsejaban. El análisis de estos materiales facilita la interpretación de la fatwā que Ibn Abī Ȳum’a al-Wahrānī envió a los moriscos en el ano 1504 y particularmente la comprensión de su tratamiento de la blasfemia bajo coacción.
